<p>This ambitious Cheshire brand is growing from strength to strength with Stockton Heath being one of the latest offshoots to open. And I&#8217;ve been a huge fan right from their early days in Lymm. The space always has a relaxed vibe, where it’s as easy to pitch up with your laptop to do some work as it is to meet friends for lunch. Alongside their famous Iced Matcha Lattes, I also find their gluten-free toastie a great grab-and-go option.</p>

<p>This cute and quaint gift store has been a staple in Stockton Heath for as long as I can remember. Make your way downstairs to rummage through its quirky and unique gifts you just won&#8217;t find from the big chains, plus there&#8217;s a gorgeous festive Christmas barn to nose around. And if you mooch upstairs, there are plenty of cards and party accessories, making it a true indie one stop shop.</p>



<h2 class="wp-block-heading" id="h-bells-amp-whistles"><a href="https://www.instagram.com/bellsandwhistles_wa4">Bells &amp; Whistles </a></h2>



<p>If you’re a huge fan of Jelly Cat teddies (like my daughters) then you’ll be sucked into Bells &amp; Whistle by the tempting window displays. Alongside gifts and teddies for littles ones, there are stunning bags, jewellery and gifts. It’s always a handy stop en route to the adjoining <a href="https://www.instagram.com/brew_wa4">Brew</a>, a dog-friendly coffee shop with a real indie vibe. Stop for Daresbury ice cream in the summer and warming hot drinks during the cooler months.</p>

<p>Owner Amy always makes you feel welcome the moment you walk into this indie clothing store. And whilst it&#8217;s bijou, the shop&#8217;s rails are filled with Italian-inspired pieces and easy-to-wear items. I absolutely love popping in before a holiday and getting kitted out with day-to-night pieces and accessories. It’s very hard to leave empty handed!</p>



<h2 class="wp-block-heading" id="h-the-secret-spa"><a href="https://www.thesecretspa.online/">The Secret Spa</a> </h2>



<p>People always talk about hidden gems. But I promise, this serene space, tucked behind the high street, really feels like one. I’ve been visiting the team for my beauty treatments since they opened, and it’s been a pleasure to watch the business grow with owner Faye at the helm. The stylish interiors and top-class treatments make you feel like you can escape reality, even for just an hour. My tip? Their Indian Head Massages are unreal and I always book in for my LVL lashes before a holiday.</p>

<p>Even just a few years ago, I’d have struggled to recommend a great restaurant in Warrington but nowadays that couldn’t be further from the truth. Around Palmyra Square in the town centre, close to the Parr Hall, there are now a handful of top-notch restaurants that wouldn’t be out of place on Manchester&#8217;s ever-evolving foodie scene. Go to San Lorenzo for its extravagant interiors, fantastic menu (including plenty of gluten-free options), and impeccable service. Fancy a night cap? Book a table at The Terrace Gin &amp; Cigar Bar, tucked away on a rooftop with boujee, apres-ski lodge vibes during winter.</p>

<p>This cool, artisan bakery serves brunch, lunch, and coffee, alongside their incredible bakes. Their ever-changing, delicious brunch and lunch menu keeps you coming back for more and it’s such a convenient grab-and-go option when you are out and about in Stockton Heath running errands.</p>
