The setup is simple: rows of healthy trees, a clear pricing system, and staff who can recommend sizes without overselling. Quality control is excellent — you rarely have to inspect more than a couple of trees to find &#8216;the one&#8217;. And the on-site Christmas shop is a dream, filled with shiny baubles, wreaths that look straight out of a slow-living Scandi editorial, and stockings for your fireplace. Just don&#8217;t forget your wellies.</p>

<p>This iconic farm has perfected the art of selling Christmas trees and is an enticingly cinematic sprawl to wander around during December. There are two freshly cut varieties to look over: the ever-popular Nordmann Fir — glossy, broad and reliably long-lasting — or the slimmer Fraser Fir, with a subtle citrus-pine scent. Potted Nordmanns are also available &#8211; hardy, symmetrical, and ideal if you want to replant after New Year. Staff will net the tree, check it fits your stand and help load it into the car, which makes the whole process refreshingly quick. You cannot go wrong with Kenyon Hall Farm. </p>
