<p>If you can be flexible, midweek (Tuesday to Thursday) is the sweet spot. It’s noticeably quieter, which means more space to drift between the facilities and a much calmer, unhurried atmosphere overall.</p>



<p>Weekends, while still lovely, come with a livelier vibe &#8211; there will, undoubtedly be more people bobbing about in the pool, more chatter, and slightly more competition for the best loungers. <p>First up: the meditation salt shed. If you&#8217;re craving proper respite, mosey on over to this quiet, cocooning spot, away from the main flow, and flop down between treatments. </p>



<p>Then there’s the salt inhalation steam room, which uses halotherapy (salt-infused air) to leaves your skin feeling fresh, clear and all glowy and gorgeous. Don’t be rushing off either &#8211; give yourself a solid 15–20 minutes to really feel the benefits.</p>



<p>But then there&#8217;s also the fragrant scents of lavender in the potting shed &#8211; a herbal sauna opening to killer views of a handful of planters; cold water plunge pools; and the greenhouse lounge, where guests loll on beds, warmed by the rays of the sun. </p>

Make sure you keep your eyes peeled for limited edition and seasonal treatments. They change regularly and are often some of the most interesting options on the menu.</p>
